This creamy guacamole is perfect when you want something mild without raw onions or garlic!
It’s super simple and easy to make, and it goes great with tortillas, toast, or tortilla chips.
Also a great addition to your home party spread!
Ingredients
Avocado | 2 |
Cherry tomatoes | 5(or 1/2 a regular tomato with the seeds removed) |
Lime (or lemon) | 1 |
Salt | 5 shakes |
Black pepper | 3 shakes |
How to Make
1⃣ Finely chop the tomatoes.

2⃣ Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and score the flesh in a grid pattern with a knife. Scoop it out with a spoon into a bowl.
*If you’re storing it later, keep the pits—they help prevent browning.
3⃣ Add the tomatoes, lime juice, salt, and black pepper to the avocado and mix well.

If you’re storing the guacamole, place the avocado pits back into the mixture and cover it tightly with plastic wrap to minimize air exposure and prevent browning.
It’s still edible even if it turns a little brown—just scrape off the top layer if it bothers you.
