This dish is delicious whether you enjoy it with tortillas at home or serve it with plain white rice!
A perfectly balanced mix of meat and vegetables, this refreshing yet spicy Mexican fajita is flavored with lime, cumin, and chili powder. It’s one of my favorite go-to dinners, especially during the summer when I still want something flavorful but not too heavy.

Steak beef | 250g |
Bell pepper | 1/2 |
Onion | 1/2 |
【Marinade】 | (Make two separate sets, one for chicken and one for beef) |

Lime (or lemon) | 1/4 |

Cumin powder | 1/2 tsp |
Paprika powder | 1/2 tsp |
Chili powder | 3 shakes |
Salt | 3 shakes |

How to Make
1⃣ Prep Ingredients
If you’re not using garlic paste, grate the fresh garlic.
Thinly slice the bell pepper and onion.
Cut the chicken breast and steak into bite-sized pieces and place them in separate ziplock bags.

2⃣ Marinate the Meat
Add all the marinade ingredients to each ziplock bag (one set per meat), massage well to combine, and let them marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

3⃣ Sauté the Vegetables
Stir-fry the onion and bell pepper over medium heat until the onion becomes translucent. Be careful not to burn them. Once done, remove from the pan and set aside.

4⃣ Cook the Chicken
Take the marinated chicken out of the fridge and cook it in a heated frying pan over medium heat, including the marinade. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes or until fully cooked through.

5⃣ Cook the Steak
Next, take out the marinated steak and cook it in the same pan until done.
6⃣ Combine Everything
Add the sautéed vegetables back into the pan and mix well with the meat.

We often place a hot plate in the center of the table and make it a tortilla party!
Top your tortilla with the fajita mix, guacamole, salsa, sour cream, and pizza cheese. Heat until the cheese melts—it’s absolutely delicious!
