Ingredients
Tortilla | 1 |
Ground beef | 100-150g / 3.5〜5.3 oz |
Cheese (I used “Yukijirushi Melting Cheese”) | 2-3 slices |
Tomato | 1/4 |
Lettuce | 1 leaf |
Mayonnaise | 1/2 tbsp |
Sriracha sauce (or Chin-Su sauce) | 1/2 tbsp |
Salt & black pepper | about 3 shakes |
How to Make
1⃣ Finely chop the tomato and lettuce.

2⃣ Season the ground beef with salt and black pepper, then cook it in a frying pan until fully done.

3⃣ Spread the sriracha (or Chin-Su) sauce and mayonnaise evenly over the tortilla.
Top with cheese → cooked beef → chopped tomato & lettuce (in that order).

4⃣ Fold the tortilla and toast both sides in a frying pan for about 1 minute each, until golden and crispy.

After opening a pack of store-bought tortillas, wrap them in plastic wrap or seal them in a ziplock bag and store in the fridge. They’ll stay good for about 7 days.
If you won’t use them within a week, freeze them!
To reheat, just warm them in a frying pan for that crispy texture again.
Note: The tortillas I used could be frozen all stacked together and still separated easily one by one. But some moist tortillas may stick together when frozen, so be careful!
