This super simple wrap can be made in just one pan using ingredients you probably already have at home.
Melted cheese, juicy sausage, and fluffy scrambled eggs all wrapped up in a warm tortilla—what’s not to love?
And don’t forget the addictive sauce combo: Sriracha (or Chin-Su) + mayonnaise. A little spicy, a little creamy—totally irresistible!
Ingredients
Tortilla | 1 |
Sausages | 2~4 (see note below if you’re not using Japanese-style sausages) |
Egg | 1 |
Melting cheese (I used “Yukijirushi Torokeru Cheese”, but any melty cheese will work!) | 2 slices |
Mayonnaise | 1/2 tbsp |
Sriracha or Chin-Su sauce | 1/2 tbsp |
How to Make
1⃣ Prep the sausages: Cut small slits into the sausages and cook them in a frying pan until fully heated through.
Once cooked, leave them aside and use the same pan to make scrambled eggs. (No seasoning needed!)

2⃣ Sauce the tortilla: Spread the Sriracha (or Chin-Su) sauce and mayonnaise evenly across the tortilla.

3⃣ Assemble the wrap: Layer the cheese → sausages → scrambled egg in the center of the tortilla, then roll it up.

4⃣ Toast the wrap: Wipe the frying pan with a paper towel, then place the rolled tortilla seam side down. Toast on both sides for about 1 minute each, or until lightly browned and crispy.

Sriracha and Chin-Su are popular spicy sauces from Asia, and they go so well with meat dishes!
You can also use them with stir-fried noodles, burgers, fried rice, ramen—you name it.
A Canadian coworker of mine used to keep a bottle of Sriracha at his desk and used it every day at lunch.
When I was living in Australia, my roommate once told me, “You always eat with that red sauce!” Yep, I was addicted. 😂
Be warned: it’s delicious and kind of addictive!
If you’re using non-Japanese sausages (like European or American-style ones), keep in mind:
- They may be less salty, so you might want to add a tiny pinch of salt to the eggs.
- They’re usually larger, so one sausage may be enough for this recipe.
- Some sausages may release more oil or fat—just wipe the pan with a paper towel before cooking the eggs or toasting the wrap.
